How material is produced and re-checked
Payline Observer’s desk grades operators on published information. This policy explains sources, cadence and commercial separation.
Sources we use
Operator websites (promotions, terms, help centres), the UK Gambling Commission public register, and public safer-gambling resources. We do not invent licence numbers or unpublished offer figures.
Re-check cadence
Entries are aimed for review about every 30 days, or sooner if a material terms change is spotted. The homepage shows the last updated date for the current pass.
Commercial separation
Affiliate partnerships may decide inclusion. Letter grades follow the criteria published on the homepage: terms clarity, catalogue context, live casino, mobile, studios, support and usability. Marketing copy from operators is not treated as verified fact without a check against the live page.
Corrections
