How to report a factual error
If a licence domain, grade justification or descriptive claim is wrong, tell us. We fix confirmed errors.
- Email team@paylineobserver.com with the page URL.
- Quote the incorrect line and the accurate public source (operator page or UKGC register entry).
- We verify, update the page when confirmed, and fold the change into the next “what changed” note where relevant.
Opinion disagreements about a grade are welcome as feedback. They are not automatic corrections unless a factual premise is wrong.
